"Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment."
— Matthew 22:37-38
Every Sunday, we gather to renew our spirits in Jesus, cultivating unity through shared beliefs, family ties, and a common purpose.
The Bible is our authority for all our faith and practices. God is only authentically known in Scripture and worshipped by a life lived according to it.
The New Testament uses over a hundred metaphors for the Church. By far the most common is family — how we live, love, and grow together.
Unity is not optional — it is at the heart of Jesus' prayer in John 17. Where there is unity the Lord commands His blessing (Psalm 133).
Every Sunday morning, members of the Elohim Congregation convene at the Elohim Worship Centre to partake in spiritual rejuvenation and fellowship centred around the Trinity. Integral to each service is the expository preaching of the Scriptures, which serves to deepen the understanding of God's Word within the community.
In addition to the preached word are the vital elements of baptism, the Lord's Supper, worship in song, prayer, Scripture readings, and fellowship. Our services are marked by joy, warmth, and love for sound doctrine.
Now, brothers and sisters, we make known to you the grace of God given in the churches of Macedonia. For if the willingness is present, it is acceptable according to what a person has.
[2 Corinthians 8:1, 12–13]
For the ministry of this service is not only fully supplying the needs of the saints, but is also overflowing through many thanksgivings to God.
